At Triptickers, all travel services are provided by independent vendors. Refunds and cancellations are subject to vendor-specific policies.
Each vendor has its own cancellation and refund rules. Please review them before booking.
All cancellations must be requested via your account dashboard or customer support.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–15 working days after vendor approval.
No refunds will be provided for missed bookings or no-shows.
Convenience fees, taxes, and service charges may be non-refundable.
Refunds due to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions depend on vendor policies.
Triptickers may assist in disputes but does not guarantee refunds if declined by vendors.
